A note on goodbyes...
I've realised that its very hard to pack two years of my life into a very sporty and cool Matrix. Though I've managed to include all the frivolous shoe purchases and book sprees that I've been on in California, there are so many things that I have left behind .
I've been continuously questioning leaving the Bay Area, the US, dear friends and a relationship that I couldn't get off the ground. It's harder than I ever imagined, but there is no turning back now.

Goodbyes are hard. But journeys (drink!) bring with them so much potential.

The Muse
My partner in crime is a little dog named Monster. Rescued from the perils of the Montreal student ghetto, he barks at random things, does not get along with other dogs, and pees on a stretched out diaper. If there wasn't something so endearing about this little dog, he would have been traded in for that husky a long time ago.
He is the garden gnome to my 'Amelie'.
Blog meet Monster.

The Bark of the Town
Until very recently I've had a little bit of an aversion to the idea of blogging. But, as an avid voyeur into the 'real lives' of friends and strangers, I've decided to bring an obsession to life with pictures and witty banter of the going ons of the people, pooches and places I see.
If you encourage me.. I may just get into the habit.
With some inspiration pulled from the dogblog I'm hoping to share with you some of my life, stay in touch with many of my lovelies as I move about the continent, and keep up with the blogging Jones'.
If you encourage me.. I may just get into the habit.
